You are probably aware that ORRA moved from the Supra Lockbox system to the Sentrilock Lockbox system at the end of August 2024.  Supra eKEYs purchased under the Orlando Master Agreement were terminated on the 29th of August 2024.
 

It is our understanding that many Realtors may want to retain the Supra eKEY so they can continue to access properties located in Central Florida, as well as have access in different markets. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible.

If you would like to request Supra EKEY non-member access, WVAR can provide access at a rate of $17.75/Month and a $50 Supra activation fee.  Once we have your information, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the process, set up your payment profile, and enter your authorization codes.  Once that process is complete, we immediately request cooperating status from the surrounding boards to ensure you have access to boxes.

No one is required to use an eKEY.  We understand that some Brokers and agents may wish to transition to a new system.   We are simply offering our assistance should anyone have questions about the future of SUPRA in Central Florida and how to obtain SUPRA services, as ORRA's contract has expired..
